Valhalla, N.Y., May 31, 2018 – FUJIFILM North America Corporation is excited to announce a collaboration with Mouche Gallery in Beverly Hills, to present internationally acclaimed fashion and celebrity photographer Markus Klinko’s upcoming “2000’s” exhibition. Opening to the public on Friday, June 15, 2018 and running through June 30, 2018, this exhibition will feature some of Klinko’s most famous celebrity works from the early 2000’s.

“We are very excited to announce our collaboration with Mouche Gallery, to present the ‘2000’s’ exhibition and showcase some of Markus Klinko’s most celebrated and culturally significant celebrity photographs from this decade captured entirely with FUJIFILM products,” says Yuji Igarashi, General Manager of the Electronic Imaging Division & Optical Devices Division at FUJIFILM North America Corporation.

Markus Klinko has been shooting with FUJIFILM cameras for many years, and all images featured in the exhibition have been created with FUJIFILM cameras and/or film products. Kamlan 28mm f/1.4 Coming to Kickstarter and Future Roadmap

Sainsonic is launching a new lens on Kickstarter the Kamlan 28mm f/1.4, but they also have a roadmap for some future lenses of interest in addition to their already broad range of Kamlan and Zonlai lenses that are available.

Q2 2018
21mm f1.8 APS-C

Q3
50mm f1.1 Mark2

Q4
32mm f1.3 APS-C
15mm f1.8 APS-C

These are some interesting focal lengths and apertures, to say the least, but Machang Optics lenses are relatively affordable so they are a good option for experimentation. Also, cheap Chinese lenses have gotten a lot better in recent years so there is no longer a reason to steer clear of them unless you’re obsessed with perfection, but for that, we have the Fujifilm GFX and all the great glass Fujifilm has released so far.
