FUJIFILM SPONSORS “2000’S” EXHIBITION AT MOUCHE GALLERY IN BEVERLY HILLS

An exciting collaboration with Markus Klinko, award-winning fashion and celebrity photographer

Valhalla, N.Y., May 31, 2018 – FUJIFILM North America Corporation is excited to announce a collaboration with Mouche Gallery in Beverly Hills, to present internationally acclaimed fashion and celebrity photographer Markus Klinko’s upcoming “2000’s” exhibition. Opening to the public on Friday, June 15, 2018 and running through June 30, 2018, this exhibition will feature some of Klinko’s most famous celebrity works from the early 2000’s.

“We are very excited to announce our collaboration with Mouche Gallery, to present the ‘2000’s’ exhibition and showcase some of Markus Klinko’s most celebrated and culturally significant celebrity photographs from this decade captured entirely with FUJIFILM products,” says Yuji Igarashi, General Manager of the Electronic Imaging Division & Optical Devices Division at FUJIFILM North America Corporation.

Markus Klinko has been shooting with FUJIFILM cameras for many years, and all images featured in the exhibition have been created with FUJIFILM cameras and/or film products. Additionally, all prints featured at the exhibition will be printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Pearl Paper. The exhibition will also showcase a brand-new collection of images taken with the mirrorless medium format FUJIFILM GFX 50S camera system. In addition, visitors will be able to see an exclusive installation displaying the FUJIFILM cameras and lenses Klinko used to capture the images in the exhibition.

Beginning on June 16th, Klinko will host two photo events on each Saturday that the exhibition is open. In these programs, he will discuss the intricacies of his photographic workflow and the historical significance of mirrorless technology in an open lecture called, “Why Mirrorless? with Markus Klinko” as well as discussing and demonstrating the importance of high speed sync in Klinko’s photography workflow during “High Speed Sync with Markus Klinko.”
