“Palm-sized camera” “INSTAX Pal ™ ” selected as TIME magazine “THE BEST INVENTIONS OF 2023”
Fujifilm Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Teiichi Goto) has announced that the INSTAX Pal ™, a palm-sized camera, the latest model in the INSTAX Instax *1 series, has been featured in the US TIME magazine. We would like to inform you that we have been selected as “THE BEST INVENTIONS of 2023”. This selection is the first for the INSTAX “Instax” series. The selected category this time is “Special Mention.”
“THE BEST INVENTIONS” is selected through recommendations by TIME magazine’s editors and correspondents from around the world. Products and services are evaluated and selected based on factors such as impact. In this year’s “THE BEST INVENTIONS of 2023,” 200 products were selected in the “200 Outstanding Innovations That Will Change Your Life” category, and 50 products were selected in the “Special Mention” category, where noteworthy products are selected.

“INSTAX Pal™” is the first camera in the INSTAX “Instax” series that specializes in “photography.” By separating the print function, it is compact enough to fit in the palm of your hand. It’s easy to carry and makes photography more familiar. By connecting the camera body and smartphone via Bluetooth *2 , captured images are automatically transferred to the dedicated app *3 and saved as images with an “INSTAX frame”. Furthermore, you can enjoy instax printing by connecting to the smartphone printer “INSTAX Link™” series or hybrid instant cameras “INSTAX mini Evo™” and “INSTAX mini LiPlay™” via Bluetooth.
