You Want A Fujifilm GFX 50S

Photographers are excited about the Fujifilm GFX 50S and it shows from all the great blog posts out there. We are less than a week away from the first cameras shipping and there is an avalanche of content to share. The Fujifilm GFX Owners Group is becoming active with people sharing their photos and articles in addition to sending content directly to me to share, so be sure to join us there.

DPReview – 32 new sample JPEG and RAW. It sounds like DPReview is ramping up their coverage and getting ready to start their full on review. In their words “CP+ 2017: You want a Fujifilm GFX 50S (and we have the shots to prove it).” Sounds like they are impressed.

Gritty Monkey – Covered the Fujikina 2017 event. There wasn’t a lot of content from this event, but he has a great Fujifilm X-T2/GFX 50S comparison photo in his article.

Charlenewinfred – I shared this post first in our Fujifilm GFX Owners Group, but decided to share it here too.

Gardnercreative – Long time medium format shooter comes away impressed with the Fujifilm GFX 50S. Very interesting article with a few videos including a time-lapse.

Ioannis Tsouloulis – Has lots of unprocessed and processed photos along with 100% views of them to share. Lots of amazing detail not to be missed. Some of these files have been in the Fujifilm GFX Owners Group for a few days now.

Akpo – If you are wondering how 35mm lenses adapt to the Fujifilm GFX then Akpo has a lot of downloadable test shots showing what you can expect. He tests the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM, Canon 24mm f/3.5L TS-E II, Canon 135mm f/2.0L USM, Porst 50mm f/1.7 Macro, and Canon 24mm f/3.5L TS-E II, full vertical shift (12mm).
