Fujifilm X Magazine 18: Natural Beauty + Win a Fujifilm X100F

Fujifilm Magazine number 18 came out today with some coverage of the Fujifilm GFX 50S, X100F, X-T20, X-Pro2 Graphite, X-T2 graphite and Fujinon XF 50 F2 R WR. Don’t forget you can download it to your iPad or iPhone via the iOS Fujifilm X Magazine app for an optimal experience. You can also find back issues in the app or here.

They are giving away a Fujifilm X100F this month and they mention the GFX will be shipping at the end of March, which could hint at another delay or could be the ship date for European countries that do not have a launch date yet since the magazine is published from a .eu location.

Two New Fujifilm GFX 50S Albums From Poland

Two Fujifilm GFX sample albums surfaced from Poland today. One is from fotopolis and that other optyczne. It looks like they were shooting together or were working from the same set of RAW files. Either way the 12,800 ISO files are very impressive for a medium format camera.

The Fuji Guys: F-Log and Grading/Astrophotography/Fujifilm X-T20

The Fuji Guys put together an informative video explaining color grading F-Log files for the Fujifilm X-T2, which is good for beginners. Fujifilm also embraced their strengths as a camera for Astrophotography in the video below, which goes over lens selection and details about Astrophotography. We did a post a while ago for FujiAddict about Astrophotography that you can see here. I hope to do more in the near future. Fujifilm also released an Fujifilm X-T20 unboxing video.

More Fujifilm GFX 50S videos have surfaced from recent trade shows. You can now see how the Fujinon GF 63mm f/2.8 R WR focus via the touch screen, which is a little faster than our previous AF video. There is also a two part video of Jan Gonzales working with the Fujifilm GFX 50S live with Niko Villegas below.

DxO OpticsPro 9 Free Till February 28th, 2017

DXO is offering an older version of there DXO OpticsPro9 software for free until February 28th, 2017. It only supports older Fujifilm cameras and will likely never be updated, but it’s worth getting a copy if you own other cameras or wish to learn OpticsPro.
