Fujifilm FUJICOLOR SUPERIA X-TRA400 and FUJICOLOR PRO 400H Were Listed and Delisted Again

Fujifilm listed FUJICOLOR SUPERIA X-TRA400 and FUJICOLOR PRO 400H on their website for a few days, but it has since been removed. Some hoped it meant that these film stocks would return soon, but there are now multiple reports in Asia and domestically that this listing was made in error. One interesting difference between domestic reports and the reports in Asia is that Asian reports imply the listing was premature. In contrast, domestic reports say that the listing was made in error.

The reintroduction of film stock that has been discontinued due to difficulties procuring chemicals wouldn’t surprise me with the analog boom happening today. Fujifilm tried to replace FUJICOLOR SUPERIA X-TRA 400 with Fujifilm 400 Color Negative Film several years after its discontinuation, but FUJICOLOR SUPERIA X-TRA 400 and FUJICOLOR PRO 400H might be names that are worth reviving. You can check out the listing on the Internet Archive here and come to your own conclusion.
