We previously announced the Voigtlander NOKTON 35mm f/0.9 here and as the lens has gotten closer Voigtlander has released more information which you can follow here. Now we have a shipment date of August 23rd which could be global or just in Japan we will have to wait and see, but this should be a great lens. The Voigtlander NOKTON 35mm f/0.9  should come in at around $1,499 since the suggested retail price is ¥225,000.
