The above documentary about why Fujifilm survived and Kodak did not is an interesting one and a reminder of my childhood when both companies were strong. In short, the reason why Fujifilm is around today and Kodak is not is that Fujifilm diversified, while Kodak did not since they spun off successful subsidiaries instead of keeping them under the Kodak name.
