CSTV: Fujifilm X-E3 Review

Camera Store TV reviewed the Fujifilm X-E3 and they liked it, but would likely pick the X-T20 over the X-E3. The price is just too close, but it really depends on your preferences. Chris prefers the Fujifilm X-T20’s manual controls to the X-E3’s more menu driven controls.

Positives

  • One of the most beautiful Fujifilm Cameras
  • Very minimalistic and small
  • EVF off to the side
  • Great walk around/companion camera
  • Easy to navigate menus
  • Great AF-C
  • No crop for video

Negatives

  • Screen does not rotate
  • No 4-way controller on the back
  • Slow EVF eye sensor
  • Having to use Joystiq to navigate menus
  • No built-in flash
  • Video is a little soft
