For those curious about what’s in the Fujifilm GFX FPS program welcome kit. It includes two Fujifilm GFX hats, a FPS key ring, microfiber cloth, vouchers, membership card, GFX sticker/label and welcome letter. I didn’t photograph the back sides of the card or the vouchers more closely because they have unique identifiers on them with my membership information, but it all comes in a pretty small box. The hats are only ok quality and I wish they included a t-shirt instead of a second hat since I do not wear hats. There is also an odd sticker that I think is meant to be placed on shipping containers to clearly identify your camera/lens when you send it in to be cleaned/serviced. The stickers weren’t packaged in a way that ensured they had a nice presentation so I didn’t include them here and I need to contact Fujifilm about them.
When Fujifilm contacted me about payment they gave me the option to extend the warranty on my Fujifilm GFX 50S to 3 years for $100. I am still considering the option, but my AMEX extends warranties automatically and I am pretty sure the next GFX will be out by the time my warranty expires. I highly recommend purchasers use credit cards with protection perks when buying equipment this expensive.
