The US Fujifilm Professional Services program has surfaced and I am a little disappointed, but ill be joining. The GFX system is simply too big of an investment to not be a member in my opinion. I spoke with a manager in Fujifilm support about the program directly before publication and he informed me that the program won’t really be in full swing until April, but it sounds like Fujifilm is gearing up to provide their GFX customers with first class support. The details are below:
Fujifilm Professional Services (FPS) provides outstanding support for professional photographers. For only $499 per year, qualified GFX system owners can rest assured that they have Fujifilm’s Professional Service on their side. Members in the GFX FPS Program will receive exclusive phone and email support, complimentary Check and Cleans, discounted and expedited services, and express repairs and loaners where applicable.
