The LightLeak 28mm can now be preordered from B&H Photo, but the LightLeak 16mm and LightLeak 50mm haven’t been listed yet. The LightLeak lenses were announced first here.

TechART EF-FG01 GFX EF Mount Adapter Discontinued Overseas Final Firmware 3.00

The TechART EF-FG01 has been listed as discontinued at multiple retailers overseas.

  • Kitamura Camera: No page
  • Map Camera: Discontinued products and new products in stock
  • Bic Camera: Production discontinued
  • Yodobashi Camera: Discontinued

You can still get one from B&H Photo if you want and the latest firmware for the adapter 3.00 was released a while ago to support the GFX100/GFX100S which you can download below.

Update Instructions

  1. Prepare a mini-USB cable and connect the adapter to a computer with Windows 8 / 10 operating system
  2. Unzip and open the application.
  3. Left-click the EF-GF01 Adapter firmware
  4. Click the ‘Update’ button
  5. Wait until the power bar goes to complete (It usually takes less than 10 seconds)
  6. Update is finished

The XF16-55mmF2.8 R LM WR II is the successor to the large-aperture standard zoom lens “FUJINON Lens XF16-55mmF2.8 R LM WR” and the flagship model of the “XF lens” series. It is approximately 37% lighter than its predecessor. Despite its large aperture, the lens offers excellent mobility. The lens is a new lineup of the “XF lens” interchangeable lens lineup for the mirrorless digital camera X Series that offers outstanding image quality and compact size and weight thanks to its unique color reproduction technology.

The “XF500mmF5.6 R LM OIS WR” is a super-telephoto prime lens capable of shooting in the super-telephoto 500mm (equivalent to 762mm in 35mm format) range at an open aperture of F5.6 and featuring the highest optical performance of the “XF lens”. In addition, taking advantage of the APS-C format, which provides a 1.5 times larger image in the 35mm format equivalent, the lens is compact and lightweight, weighing only 1,335g*1 despite being a super-telephoto lens.
