Iridient X Transformer 1.1 Released With Fujifilm X-T3 and XF10 Support

  • New Features:
    • Support added for the Fujifilm X-T3.
    • Support added for the Fujifilm XF10.
    • Support added for automatic lens corrections for the new Fujifilm X-T3 sensor.
    • Support added for dark mode on macOS 10.14 (Mojave).
  • Improvements:
    • Now built using the most recent Apple and Microsoft developer tools and libraries for improved compatibility and performance on the latest versions of macOS and Windows. These changes on macOS now require a separate build for compatibility with older 10.7 and 10.8 systems.
    • Greatly improved deep shadow noise handling when applying sharpening and/or noise reduction especially with long exposure times.
    • The Log window is now automatically shown when error occurs during conversion.
    • Updated to the latest version of the libjpeg-turbo library (2.0.0).
    • Updated to the latest version of the LibreSSL library (2.7.4).
  • Bug Fixes:
    • On Windows the DNG “Unique Camera Model” metadata field properly reflects custom make information. In prior versions the “Unique Camera Model” field would indicate Fujifilm even if overwrite make was selected and another value was entered.

Fujifilm X-T3 Battery Bank Information

The Fujifilm X-T3 is Fujifilm’s most feature filled camera for using an external battery with it and Fujifilm has released some guidelines for which battery banks to use. Fujifilm recommends the Anker PowerCore Speed 20000 PD and PowerCore+26800 PD, but you should be able to use any USB-C charger.

Instax SQ20 Leaked

The Instax Square SQ20 is getting an update according to Nokishita. I really enjoy my SQ10 and it’s great for the kids, but I wonder what this update will bring. Hopefully wifi and Bluetooth connectivity along with a better sensor. Nokishita doesn’t have many details beyond the lens and color options.
