Fujinon GF100-200mm F5.6 R LM OIS WR: Coming This February

The other day the PCH Pro Shop released a quick first look at the new Fujinon GF 100-200mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR, which lead to one of my sources reaching out to me. The Fujinon GF 100-200mm will be released in February, most likely on/around the 14th. I am still trying to get more information like pricing so stay tuned if you are interested in this versatile zoom for the Fujifilm GFX.

Fuji Guys: Fujifilm X-T3

The Fuji Guys released another set of Fujifilm X-T3 videos meant to explain some of the firmware improvements that have come to the camera along with its key features like continuous shooting, AF options, Monochrome/Color Chrome adjustments, Connectivity, and SD card management. Fujifilm also decided to release an unboxing video for the Fujifilm X-T3 just to round out their coverage.

Fujifilm GF100-200mm F5.6 R LM OIS WR: First Look

PCH Pro Shop posted a brief preview of the Fujifilm GF100-200mm F5.6 R LM OIS WR on their site that will be up for a limited time. They found the lens to be light and sharp, plus it has excellent OIS. PCH expects to receive the lens during the first quarter of 2019 so stay tuned for preorders soon. Below is a description from Fujifilm’s website of the new lens and it’s effective focal lengths with and without the GF1.4X TC WR teleconverter.

Telephoto zoom GF100-200mmF5.6 R LM OIS WR
With a focal range of 100mm to 200mm (equivalent to 79-158mm in 35mm format), it is the long-awaited zoom telephoto lens. It can be used with the existing GF1.4X TC WR teleconverter to cover the zoom range from 140mm to 280mm (equivalent to 111-221mm in 35mm format).
