Viltrox EF-GFX AF Adapter Released

Viltrox released a Fujifilm GFX AF adapter a few months ago and no one noticed because there are quite a few Fujifilm GFX and X AF adapters now. Viltrox is offering a lot of value compared to some of the other AF adapters out there, but there isn’t much coverage of Viltrox EF-GFX yet. If you’re interested in picking one up Amazon has them in stock and B&H Photo has them on order.

Viltrox EF-GFX Mount Adapter allows Canon EF lenses to be mounted perfectly on Fuji GFX-mount med-format cameras.

Function
Viltrox EF-GFX Mount Adapter allows Canon EF lenses to be mounted perfectly on Fuji GFX-mount med-format cameras. It is with inbuilt electronic contacts and the bayonets are made of metal with surface plating treatment, being durable and sturdy. It also features AF function. Firmware can be upgraded by a USB port.

Viltrox EF-FX2 Focal Reducer Reviews

There have been a lot of EF to FX mount AF adapters released in the last year and they all have positives and negative, but the Viltrox EF-FX2 Focal Reducer is probably the most interesting one available today due to its low price and good performance. The Viltrox EF-FX2 Focal Reducer is a Kipon Baveyes 50% off and reviews have been pretty positive for it, but the adapter does have quirks like most.

If you want a focal reducer that performs well and is priced to sell then the Viltrox EF-FX2 might be for you, but if you want fast AF performance you might be better off with a more expensive Fringer AF Adapter.
