DPR makes a lot of best-of lists for the end of the year and Fujifilm has made the cut more and more in recent years. This year DPR picked the Fujifilm X-T3 as their best camera for Instagram and the X100F also made their list too. DPR picked the X-T3 because it’s a strong performer with excellent RAW and JPEG output. Below is what they liked and didn’t:
What we like:
- Excellent Raw and JPEG output
- Direct, customizable control
- High quality 10-bit 4K video
What we don’t:
- No subject tracking AF in video
- F1.4 lenses can be slow to focus

The Fujifilm X100F also made the list thanks to great industrial design and strong image quality. If the Fujifilm X100V were out already with a new lens and the X-T3 sensor it might have topped the list, but it is still a very sold camera. Below are the reasons DPR liked it and didn’t:
What we like:
- Excellent viewfinder
- Great ergonomics and design
- Strong image quality
- Large sensor and bright fixed lens
What we don’t:
- AF speeds not as fast as many of its peers
- 1080p video is behind the times
- Easy to accidentally bump focus/control dial
