  • GFX50R has faster EVF response than the GFX50S for now but might improve on GFX50S in a future firmware update.
  • Originally were going to make a hybrid EVF, but abandoned it due to weight concerns, plus parallaxing would be worse.
  • The back of the GFX50S was big because they were still struggling with the design and batteries.
  • The Fujifilm GFX50R was designed 10 times with plastic models to get it right.
