Just about all of the big vloggers have covered the GFX already, so Kai is a little late but better late than never. Maybe he was waiting for a sale… either way he has plenty of good things to say about the GFX.
- It’s a lightweight body, but the lens is large
- Looks like I big X-T2
- The viewfinder is like having a TV strapped to your eye
- Tilty flippy screen
- Lots of X DNA
- The camera feels familiar
- Film simulations
- The design makes sense
- The manual dials are better than non-descript buttons
- Film simulations are very good
- Not X-Tran
- The colors are lush
- Contrast-detect AF works much better than the first time he tried it at the photo show
- Very usable high ISO
- Fuji Colors are better than anyone else including Canon
- Files are detailed and rich

- Contradetectect AF struggles in low light
- Maybe too niche
