If you ever wondered about how a meticulous landscape artist works Lewis Von John released a video using the Fujifilm GFX 50S to produce an image. I don’t love the photo he took, but his methodology is sound. Below is a list of the equipment he used to prevent clipping and get the shot the first click.

    That shadow recovery is insane.

    • There is basically no limit… I shot a photo at night at 100 ISO 1/30 a second and it was completely black the other night. I put exposure +5 and then +100 everything else and was able to recover the image with basically no noise. The GFX has the same ISOless properties as the X-system.
