Cascable 3.2 Adds Shutter Robot Recipes

It wasn’t long ago that Cascable added Fujifilm support and now they have added a new innovative feature Shutter Robot Recipes. While I’m not a fan of their subscription model the $29.99 one time purchase is beginning to look like more of a bargain if they are going to keep adding features like these. In fact, I just purchased the app. Which you can download and try free here. I am curious to finally try out their GPS function among others, but at the very least it will give me some additional controls. I can’t wait to see what they add next.

Whats New:

This is a quick update to fix a crash version 3.2 introduced for iOS 10 users. Full 3.2 release notes follow:

Introducing Shutter Robot Recipes! Recipes are an extension to our Shutter Robot feature that allow you to automate your camera in exactly the way you want. Using the Recipes Editor, you assemble a series of camera setting adjustments and shutter triggers together in whichever way you’d like. Once you’ve constructed the perfect recipe, Cascable’s Shutter Robot can run it against any camera that supports the features the recipe uses.

For more information on Recipes, see our in-app help and tutorial video.

Other updates:

– Rebuilt the app’s navigation on iPhone to make it less cluttered and easier to move around.

– Cascable no longer continues to search for cameras while you’re connected to one, which should solve some minor issues with some cameras.

– Lots of other minor tweaks and bug fixes.
