  • Portable Shoe-Mounted On-Camera Flash
  • Compatible with FUJIFILM TTL
  • 2.4 GHz X Wireless Radio System
  • Manual, Multi, HSS & 2nd Curtain Sync
  • Up to 650 Full-Power Flashes
  • 1.7 sec Recycling Time
  • Stable Continuous Shooting
  • Touchscreen Design & LED Modeling Light

  • Includes Mini Stand & Pouch

Delivering plenty of light in a portable flash body, the Ving V480F TTL On-Camera Flash from Godox combines their 2.4 GHz X system for wireless flash control and TTL auto flash capability. The V480F is compatible with FUJIFILM TTL and also offers manual, multi, HSS, and second curtain sync characteristics. The V480F is similar to the Godox V860III and V350 flash units— smaller than the V860III and bigger and more powerful than the V350—designed as a medium-size, compact, yet powerful lighting solution with advanced features. A convenient LED modeling light is located right in the center of the flash body. Experience fast recharge and long-lasting shoots with a versatile flash head that tilts from -7 to 120° and rotates 330°. The flash runs on an included rechargeable battery to allow recycling times of 1.7 sec, providing enough energy for up to 650 full-power flashes. The V480F comes with a detachable battery, a USB-C cable, a power adapter, as well as a mini stand and a pouch.

Greater Lighting Control
FUJIFILM TTL-compatible, the Ving V480F flash offers support for high-speed sync, 2nd curtain sync, and much more. The flash can be used in manual mode or programmed to fire multiple stroboscopic flashes, and it can also function with high-speed sync for quicker shutter speeds. On top of this, the flash features a guide number of 164′ at ISO 100 along with flash durations from 1/600 to 1/20,000 sec, and adjustable output from 1/256 to full power.

Flexible Design
The V480F is useful for both on-camera and off-camera operation. The flash will provide ample illumination for most subjects. It features a convenient auto/manual zoom head with a range of 24-105mm, a white catchlight panel, and a built-in wide-angle diffuser. The head can be tilted from -7 to 120° and rotated 330° to control bounce and where the light falls on the scene.

2.4 GHz X Wireless Radio System
The Godox 2.4 GHz X wireless radio system makes it compatible with Godox’s X series transmitters for more advanced functionality and setups. The wireless control of the V480F enables 2.4 GHz wireless flash triggering to extend your shooting possibilities. The flash works with the separately purchased XPro II, X2, and X3 Godox models. With a wireless range of 328′, the V480F lets you choose between 32 channels and set up five groups.

Effective Battery Power
A 7.2V, 2200mAh lithium removable battery is supplied with recharge times of 1.7 seconds, providing approximately 650 full-power flashes per charge. Godox also includes the USB-C cable and power adapter in the box.

Control at Your Fingertips
Ideal for photographers in need of both simple and elaborate lighting setups, the V480F has an easy-to-use design with onboard controls, a 2″ touchscreen interface, and a universal shoe-mounted connection for a wide range of FUJIFILM cameras. Additionally, indicators on the LCD panel inform you of the remaining battery level.

Stable Continuous Shooting
The V480F maintains a stable color output and brightness in high-speed continuous shooting.

LED Modeling Light
A 2W LED modeling light with adjustable brightness is integrated into the flash body with 5300K (+/-300K) CCT.

Firmware Updates
Firmware updates are available via its USB-C port for compatibility with the latest camera models and optimal performance.

Fujifilm X-T5, X-T50, X-M5, and X100VI US Production Moved To Japan To Mitigate US Tariffs

Back in April, I wrote about how the impact of tariffs could not be predicted and how you shouldn’t rush to buy something you can’t afford just to save a few bucks. As I expected, Fujifilm is on top of the issues, moving production of 4 of its most popular cameras from China to Japan for the US market. This might even be a bonus because many in the US still prefer cameras that are made in Japan.

Fujifilm X-T5:
B&H Photo / Amazon / Adorama
Fujifilm X-T50
B&H Photo / Amazon / Moment / Adorama
Fujifilm X-M5
B&H Photo / Amazon Silver : Black / Moment / Adorama
Fujifilm X100VI Silver and Black:
B&H Photo / Amazon (Silver : Black) / Moment / Adorama

Retailers are currently shifting SKUs to Japanese-made cameras, so if you want one, look for JP in the SKU. For example, the Japanese-made X-T5 at B&H Photo is listed as FUXT5BJP with JP, while other retailers are still catching up to the changes. Adorama has also started to change things over, but their new listings do not have the JP SKU let so they might have a few China-based cameras left to sell or on the way.

Fujifilm X-E5 Teaser Released

Fujifilm is teasing the new Fujifilm X-E5 with another camera silhouette, which you can see below. I fed the silhouette into an AI to get a more accurate representation of what the Fujifilm X-E5 will look like, which you can see above.

The Teaser video starts by showing the Fujifilm X-Pro3 and X100VI with the text saying:

There is another rangefinder-style series that’s just as essential when telling the story of our X series history

This statement confirms that we will see the new Fujifilm X-E5 on June 12th, as it is Fujifilm’s only other rangefinder-style camera. It sounds like it will be quite a value when the camera launches, too.

We will see you on June 12th, 2025, 5 AM EST for the live blog!

Retailers Resume X-M5, X100VI, and GFX100RF Orders

Fujifilm GFX100RF:

B&H Photo / Amazon Silver : Black / Moment / Adorama
Fujifilm X100VI Silver and Black:
B&H Photo / Amazon (Silver : Black) / Moment / Adorama

Fujifilm X-M5, X100VI, and GFX100RF orders have resumed at most retailers, with a few lagging behind Moment. If you have been waiting for one of these cameras, now may be a good time to place an order, as they are all significantly backordered, but so far, prices have remained constant.
