Cinema 5D interviewed Makoto-san about the Fujifilm GFX100S and GFX50R. The details are below:

Fujifilm GFX50R

The GFX50R is exactly like the GFX50S, but rangefinder style
The Fujifilm GFX50S is a system camera that is better for studio etc…
GFX50R is for outside of the studio and reportage
GFX50S is better for larger lenses
They redesigned the shutter and battery layout to make the camera smaller

Fujifilm GFX100S

4k 30p 10-bit
Still and movie should have the medium format look
New sensor and processor are very powerful
Should be ready in 2019 first half of the year
4:2:0 internal 10-bit and 4:2:2 4k external output through HDMI
IBIS
Price around 10k

Not going full frame because they already have APS-C that is good enough and GFX for people that need more.
