The Samyang AF 12mm f/2 X has been out for a while now, but Amateur Photographer just posted its review here. According to Amateur Photographer the Samyang AF 12mm f/2 X isn’t perfect, but it is a good option for the price point.

Pros
+ Gives sharp images when stopped down
+ Small and lightweight
+ Weather-resistant construction
+ Affordable price

Cons
– Blurry corners at large apertures
– Strong lateral chromatic aberration
– No software correction of distortion or CA
– No aperture ring
