The other day I received my 7Artisan 50mm f/0.95 and it is a little shorter than the 7Artisan 35mm f/0.95, but also a little fatter. The aperture ring is de-clicked like the 35mm, but it is stiffer so it shouldn’t be as easy to change by accident. That being said I have not had a lot of opportunities to get out and shoot due to the weather and COVID in Florida, but I am looking forward to testing them under a variety of shooting conditions with my Fujifilm X-T4.
The 7Artisan 35mm f/0.95 is an absolute must-buy lens that is unmatched at its price point, which is why I picked up the 7Artisan 50mm f/0.95. I do not have an opinion about the lens yet since I just received it and haven’t had many opportunities to get out and shoot, but I should get to try it for Astro as soon as we have a clear night.
