The Fujifilm Xerox merger battle might not be over yet according to the nypost, which noticed that Fujifilm “quietly filed court papers this week saying it might seek to force the merger.” Even if they aren’t successful at forcing the merger they could “opt to collect the $183 million termination fee”, which wouldn’t be unheard of in a deal this size.
