Fujifilm Problematic Firmwares Fixed

Fujifilm corrected the lens firmware issue with the XF90mmF2 R LM WR and XF16-55mmF2.8 R LM WR that we reported about a week ago. Fujifilm updated their press release to reflect the new firmwares with the following statement.

“The phenomenon is fixed that the LCD on the camera blinks on & off after the camera is turned on and then a “Lens Error” message is indicated if the upgrade is conducted with a camera whose firmware is the previous version.”

The updated firmwares are available via the download links below

Question for my xpro2. Or maybe someone can direct me to an answer. When set to just view finder and I try to view menu, it only shows in view finder. How do I set it so I can use ovf and get menu to show on rear screen?? Is the only way for this option to set view mode on eye sensor?? I would prefer for screen to be off when camera is away from my eye.
