Metz is the first third party to add HSS for the Fujifilm X-T2, X-T1 and X-Pro2 via firmware update to their flash after Fujifilm started working with third parties to add support. Hopefully the Nissin flash system adds support soon. Thankfully the M400 is user upgradable so it doesn’t need to be sent in for the upgrade you can download it from here.
