Fujifilm GFX100S Specs Compared

Now that we have the specs for the Fujifilm GFX100S we can see how it differs from the GFX100S. It looks like the GFX100S has improved IBIS by 0.5 stops, which is surprising since IBIS shrank, but the GFX100’s ratings haven’t been updated since launch so they may be equal due to firmware updates. RAW is limited to 14-bit, but the GFX100S can make 16-bit TIFF files out of your RAW files. There is also a slightly deeper buffer for rapid shooting.

Physically it looks like the EVF is slightly smaller and lower resolution than the GFX100 and GFX50S in addition to not being detachable. The GFX100S is also very light at 900g and has decent battery performance at 460 shots per charge. It also looks like a GFX50S price drop won’t be far off so the GFX100S fits between the available GFX cameras better. Beyond that, you can take a look at the specs for yourself here.
