7Artisans shared these photos of the GFX100 with 7Artisans 75mm f/1.25 attached along with some sample images. I contacted them to see if this combination works without cropping and will update this post when they get back to me. In the meantime below are some samples and links to the lens and adapter they used.

UPDATE: The lens covers the sensor fine according to 7Artisans so if there is vignetting that bothers you then you can use the 35mm mode
