Fujifilm Announces Print Life Photo Exhibition & Sweepstakes

An exciting way to display your pictures at Grand Central Station in New York City

Valhalla, N.Y., July 19, 2018 – FUJIFILM North America Corporation  today announced the launch of the FUJIFILM Print Life Photo Exhibition & Sweepstakes. From now until August 31, Fujifilm will hold a nationwide photo exhibition call for entries. Fujifilm believes that every photo is print-worthy and is offering the opportunity to display submitted pictures in the 2018 Photo Exhibition in New York City’s Grand Central Terminal at Vanderbilt Hall from October 17-19.

“We are very excited to bring this initiative to the United States once again because Fujifilm believes photography enriches people’s lives, and we’re dedicated to reinvigorating the desire to print pictures,” said Ken Sugiyama, President of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation and President & CEO of FUJIFILM North America Corporation. “Approximately 750,000 people a day pass through the iconic Grand Central Station. The FUJIFILM Print Life Photo Exhibition & Sweepstakes is an opportunity for participants to showcase their photos in this historic and elegant setting, all while recapturing the joy of print photography.”

Participation is very easy and is open to the public. Simply visit www.printlifesweepstakes.com from any of mobile devices or desktop, select the image to upload, and provide a brief caption. Participants can submit a total of ten entries. Entrants will then receive an 8 x 10 print of the selected image, and have their photo on display at Grand Central Station.

In addition, all eligible entrants will have an opportunity to win one of twenty instax prize bundles, which includes an instax SHARE™ SP-3 and two packs of instax SQUARE Film valued at $233.93.

Last year, FUJIFILM North America Corporation introduced the “PHOTO IS 50,000-person Photo Exhibition”, a global initiative encouraging the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, China and Malaysia to continue the momentum following the success of the exhibition in Japan. Since the initiative began in 2006, the exhibition has grown every year and is now Japan’s largest photo exhibit.
