Fujinon XF 23mm f/2 R WR Gallery: Day of The Dead

If you read the site and aren’t following me on 500px you should because I have been categorizing my photos on there according to camera used and I have begun doing it by lens also, to help readers/viewers make purchasing decisions. I just started a gallery for the Fujinon XF23mm f/2 R WR and will be adding to it over the coming weeks. It’s a little easier to do by camera, but I am trying to create alternative resources for you.

The XF23 hasn’t left my Fujifilm X-T2 since receiving it and I was very happy with it throughout the Halloween holiday. It very rarely missed focus even when it was dark enough to be difficult to see and it was always fast to acquire focus.

If you like to shoot with 35mm lenses then the XF35 f/2 is definitely worth a look. Generally speaking the Fujinon XF 23mm f/1.4 R probably would have been a better fit for me since I shoot in low light a lot, but I am trying to go all weather resistant with my Fujifilm equipment, so I am no longer investing in lenses that aren’t weather sealed.
