Fujifilm GFX 50S Aurora Extended and Fujinon GF 120 f4 R LM OIS WR Focus Shift Explored

Not a lot of new Fujifilm GFX news today, but The Last Word tested for the Fujinon GF 120 f4 R LM OIS WR focus shift first reported by diglloyd’s and found a minimal shift when stopping down after focusing. Yet he doesn’t find an issue with the shift stating “you would do well to focus this lens at the taking aperture.” The Last Word is actually sounds really impressed with the 120mm stating ” it’s so sharp! I’ve not seen that kind of sharpness from analyzing raw planes.”

The Photography Blog also finished their review for the Fujinon GF 120 f4 R LM OIS WR, but they didn’t mention any focus shift. So far the entire Fujifilm GFX system has scored very well scoring 4.5 (Fujifilm GFX 50S / Fujinon GF 63mm f2.8 R). All that’s lefts for them to review is the Fujinon GF 32-64mm f4 R LM WR.
